There are elements of “risk” that common sense and personal awareness can
help reduce.  Regardless of how you decide to use the slopes, always show
courtesy to others.  Please adhere to the code listed below and share with
others the responsibility for a safe experience.

Freestyle terrain may include rails, wall rides and boxes as well as other terrain park features.  They are provided for your enjoyment and offer adventure, challenge and fun.  However, freestyle terrain use exposes you to serious injury.  Prior to using freestyle terrain it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with all instructions and warnings and to follow the ‘responsibility code’.

1) Always stay in control.  You must be able to stop and avoid people or objects at all times.
2) In using this terrain you assume risk of serious injury. It is your responsibility to control your body on the ground and in the air.
3) Helmets are mandatory and must be worn with a tight chinstrap at all times while on any part of the terrain.
4) All riders must have a valid wristband on them at all times while riding.
 Riders caught without a valid wristband are subject to trespassing charges.
5) Observe and obey all posted signs and warnings.
6) One user on a terrain feature at a time.
7) Freestyle terrain contains man-made and natural terrain variations.
8) Riders need to visually inspect each feature before using it. Inspect freestyle terrain before use and throughout the day.
9) Freestyle terrain changes constantly due to weather and use
10) Always ride and ski in control and within your ability.
11) Anyone below you on course always has the right-of-way. 
12) Always ensure that the course is clear before entering. It is your responsibility to wait until other riders are off course before you enter terrain.
13) Riders should only be hitting features within their ability.  We reserve the right to ask riders to not hit certain features if we feel the feature is out of their skill set.
14) Do not stop or obstruct the course at any time. 
15) Always remain visible.
16) Always clear the landing area quickly
17) When an injury occurs on the course the entire course will be closed. Riders hitting features when there is an injury on the course will be removed from the park immediately.
18) If you are involved in or witness an accident you must remain at the scene and identify yourself to our first aid staff.
19) Be courteous and respect others. Treat your fellow riders with respect.  Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
20) You are strictly prohibited from access to any terrain if your ability is in any way impaired as a result of the use of alcohol or drugs or other substances affecting your ability.  
21) Boards must always be worn or held onto to ensure no run away equipment.  Do not leave boards unattended.
22) Keep off closed features. Stay off of features that are being worked on by park staff.
